While vacationing in Esterillos, I encountered a severe sore & swollen throat, and lost voice. I arrived to a very clean and friendly office. After obtaining my information, all in English, I was seated. Wondering how long it would take, I looked at my watch and in 2 min minutes, Dr. Dan brought me into his examination room. Recording my medical history, and my specific problem at hand, he conducted the usual examinations. ( BP, Heart, pulse, lungs ). He had great bedside manners. Conducted the whole process in English. He prescribed certain meds in both Spanish and English. He also took time to explain the requirements to process the meds. It’s been 6 days and I’m now feeling 9/10 with one more day of meds to complete.

While we were on vacation, my wife woke up with very bad food poisoning and we were able to get in and treated immediately. Dr Dan was kind and spent a lot of time explaining what he was doing and recommending and why to us. The other staff were friendly and helpful as well. The doctor even gave us a ride back to our resort a mile away to save us having to take a taxi back.

Dr. Dan shows a level of genuine care and concern for his patients that is truly rare. What impressed us the most was the incredible follow-up. Dr. Dan demonstrates such consistent dedication and sincere concern for the well-being of his patients.

The consultations are never rushed. They take the time that is needed, and if the appointment needs to extend longer to properly address the situation, they do so without hesitation. You can clearly feel their commitment to providing the best possible care.

The clinic itself is modern, clean, and very well equipped with everything necessary.

Overall, what stood out the most was the quality of care, the level of attention, and the genuine follow-up they provide to their patients. We are extremely grateful to have such a professional and caring medical clinic in the area.

He followed up with four text messages to verify my medication was working and that my situation was improving.  We were leaving the area and he gave us names of local clinics in the town we were headed to.  The office staff is efficient and caring.  I am very satisfied with the treatment and follow up.
